How does the THRIVE Approach work?

 Thrive is a dynamic developmental approach to working with children to support their emotional and social well-being.

The knowledge of the social and emotional development that should take place at each stage of development enables us to plan activities and experiences at the right time to fill in any gaps that have been identified during the assessment.

 Gaps in development can occur for a number of reasons:-

Children may have experienced the parents seperating.

They may have experienced the loss of a loved one.

They may have been bullied.
